The Fourth Of July Town Celebration Committee was founded in 1985 with the sole purpose of providing an old fashioned family oriented weekend celebration. The intent of the not-for-profit committee was then and still is now to provide all children's rides and activities, musical entertainment and the fireworks display at no charge to the public.
