We understand that we are responsible to have grounded equipment, that we are responsible to set up and break down our equipment, and that the Enfield Fourth Of July Town Celebration Committee is not responsible for our equipment. In addition, I myself, my heirs, executors, and administrator waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages against this event, event organizers, and event sponsors.
